The Patient Experience Team is available from 8am to 4pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, and will aim to respond as soon as possible within three working days. Each complaint that is received will receive an acknowledgement within three working days.

Changes to NHS complaints for GPs
NHS complaints are now hosted by NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board.
This means that how people make a complaint about GP services is changing. Rather than contacting NHSE if a person does not want to complain directly to the GP practice, people can contact the complaints team via the contact details below:
